Return & Refund Policy

90-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want every Vynrel customer to feel confident in their purchase. If your first order of Vynrel Inositol Powder or your Hair Removal Trilogy Kit isn't right for you, request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date. Inositol Powder orders don't need to be sent back; Trilogy Kit refunds require the kit to be unopened and unused, since it can't be resold once opened for hygiene reasons.

What's covered

• One (1) box of Vynrel Inositol Powder, or one (1) Hair Removal Trilogy Kit, per customer, from your first order of that product.
• If you ordered multiple boxes or a subscription, the guarantee applies to one box only; remaining boxes are not covered.
• Subscription orders: the guarantee applies to your first shipment only. You can cancel future shipments anytime from your account before the next billing date.

What's not covered

• Orders purchased through third-party retailers — please contact your point of purchase directly.
• Sale items, bundles, or promotional/sample sizes.
• Original shipping and handling fees.

How to request a refund

Email info@vynrel.com with your order number and "Refund Request" within 90 days of delivery. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve, but you don't need to return the product. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
