Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Australia. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing for U.S. orders. Australian orders are shipped free of charge and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing, depending on customs clearance. Shipping costs for U.S. orders are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update — if it hasn't updated after that, contact us at info@vynrel.com.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming shipment anytime from your account before it processes.

Lost or stolen packages

Vynrel isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we're happy to help you investigate — just reach out and we'll do what we can.

International shipping

We currently ship to Australia in addition to the United States. Customers in Australia receive free shipping storewide. We don't yet ship to other international destinations, but we'll update this policy as that changes.
